Situated on top of a 4 story converted mill building built in 1866, this 620 square foot roof deck includes a steel and cedar pergola and railing system, a garden shed, and built-in planters and benches. Through a custom ships ladder and roof hatch the owners gain access to their private roof deck with views of the city.
